Signatures
A signature document is a PDF you have signed online, inside a request. You place on the PDF each person’s fields: signature, initials, date, name or text. Each person signs from their own link, after entering a one-time code received by email or text message. Several people can sign the same document, at the same time or one after the other.
Once everyone has signed, meo seals the document, files it in the client’s folder and sends a copy to each signer. The signature certificate gathers the evidence for each signature.
Saved in the catalogue, a signature document can be reused from one request to the next, with its fields and its roles.
