All questionsWhat can I request from my clients?
Documents, information, statements to accept and electronic signatures, in one request. You can also hand out documents to download, a contract or a guide for example, with an acknowledgement if you want one. You compose the list from a template or from scratch.
Does my client need an account?
No. They open the link received by email or text message, verify their access with a one-time code and see a page in your name with what they have to provide.
What happens if my client is slow?
meo sends the reminders at the frequency and count you chose, then stops when everything is received or the stopping condition is met.
Can I send the same request to several clients, or schedule it?
Yes. With group send, every client receives the same request, each with their own link. With a scheduled request, it goes out on its own at the date and frequency you set.
