Frequently asked questions
All questionsDoes meo replace my software or my forms?
No. You fill out and sign your OACIQ forms as you do today. meo gets the documents from the seller, the buyer and the syndicate, next to your software, and you file them in the agency’s record in a single download.
What about the syndicate’s certificate?
Since August 14, 2025, a condo seller must give it to the promising buyer, and the syndicate has 15 days to produce it. Send the request to the manager as soon as the listing contract is signed, with the minutes and the financial statements: meo reminds them at the pace you choose.
What about my client’s ID?
If you meet them in person, the OACIQ asks you not to keep a copy. For a remote check, ask for it in the link: it arrives dated and encrypted at rest, and the verification itself remains yours.
