No. They open the link, choose to receive their code by email or text message, then enter it. The code expires after 10 minutes.
Can my clients answer from their phone?
Yes. The portal opens in the browser, on a phone, a tablet or a computer, with no app to install. Your client uploads their files, fills in their information and signs from whatever device they have at hand.
Do my clients see the meo name?
Yes, discreetly. The page and the emails carry your name and logo; meo appears in the page footer (“Documents Meo”) and in the email sender, as “Your name via Meo”.
