You set the schedule.meo does the chasing.
Choose the interval, the number of reminders and when they stop. Everyone on the request is reminded by email or text message until they are done, without you having to think about it.
Every 2, 3, 5 or 7 days. You set how many reminders, too.
Automatic reminders
Follow-ups while the request stays open.
How reminders work
- Sent
- Day 5 · Reminder 1
- Day 10 · Reminder 2
- Stop
Nothing submitted: reminders continue through the last one.
Partial submission: the cadence restarts its count from that submission.
Everything completed: reminders stop.
Each person gets their own reminders. They stop once that person is done.

Frequently asked questions
All questionsDo my clients get reminders for optional items?
No. Only required items trigger reminders. Reminders also cover signatures, once it is that person’s turn.
Can I remind someone myself?
Yes. The Remind button sends the same reminder right away, through the request’s channels. It does not count toward the maximum number of automatic reminders.
What does a reminder contain?
One email per person, listing what they still have to provide or sign, with their secure link. If your client replies, the reply goes to the person who created the request.
