All questionsDoes meo replace my practice management software?
No. meo collects, files and keeps your clients’ documents and details, next to your software. You download a file or a document whenever you need it.
What about professional secrecy?
Your clients’ answers are encrypted, and only members who hold the permission to view sensitive information can reveal them. Documents do not travel as attachments: your client drops them in their link, after a one-time code. Every view and every download is recorded in the activity log, and the data is hosted in Montréal, Canada.
Can I prepare a request per practice area?
Yes. Edit an included template or build your own, one per practice area: family, civil litigation, immigration. Each template keeps its documents and its questions.
Does meo verify my client’s identity?
No. meo collects their identification details and a copy of their ID, dated in the file. When the Barreau’s regulation requires identity verification, when you receive funds for instance, the verification remains yours.
