Collect sensitive information, without ever exposing it.
Card numbers, PINs, SINs, passwords, confidential notes: ask your clients for them directly. Every sensitive value is encrypted with AES-256 before it is stored, then displayed masked. You reveal it in the clear only when you need it.
What has to stay confidential, stays confidential.
AES-256 encryption
The moment a sensitive value is submitted, Meo encrypts it with AES-256 (GCM) before storing it. It travels over a secure link and is never kept in the clear.
Revealed on demand
Sensitive values are masked by default (••• ••• •••). You click to reveal one when you need it, and every reveal is logged.
Controlled access
Team roles decide who can reveal an encrypted value. An intern can see the folder without being able to reveal the card number.
Ask for the information too, not only the documents.
Your document requests can include structured fields: “What is your card number?”, “What is your SIN?”, “Notes for the folder?”. Sensitive fields are encrypted automatically. No more emails carrying a SIN in plain text, no more Excel file filled in by hand.
- Fields marked “sensitive” are encrypted automatically
- Request templates by profession (SIN, card, PIN, etc.)
- An access log for sensitive information
- Secure deletion when the retention period ends
