  1. Remove the paper detour
  2. Your next service agreement

A client receives a PDF, prints it, signs it and scans it back. Your team retrieves the attachment and files it. The whole detour starts with a document that was already digital.

With Meo, send the agreement to sign in a request. The client signs in their browser and the completed PDF goes into their Meo folder. Unlimited signatures are included in every plan, so you can use this process for your regular agreements without tracking a signature quota.

With printing PDF → print → handwritten signature → scan → email → file
With Meo Request → browser signing → PDF in Meo client folder and signer copy

Your next service agreement

In this fictional example, a business has clients sign a service agreement at each renewal. It replaces “Print, sign and return a scanned copy” with this message:

To renew our services, please read and sign the agreement in your Meo request. Open your personal link and enter the code you receive. You can sign on a phone or computer without printing the document.

The client needs no account or app. If you also need a form already completed as a PDF, add it as a document to collect in the same request. The client uploads it directly without printing it again.

Save the request as a template to reuse these instructions at the next renewal. Update the agreement, then send a new request to the client.

Once signing is complete, the client receives a copy and your team finds the signed PDF in their Meo client folder.
