Both offers include unlimited signatures. Meo Équipe’s advantage shows up when you share the work: giving another person access to follow up on documents does not change the plan price. Workspace and storage limits still apply.

A month-end where everyone knows what is left to do
Consider a fictional example: to finish September bookkeeping, a firm needs a bank statement, three invoices and an explanation of an expense. The assistant prepares a Meo request from the Business bookkeeping and year-end template, then adjusts the list for the client.
The client sends the statement and two invoices. The assistant sees that one invoice and the expense explanation are still outstanding. Reminders follow the frequency and limit set for the request. The accountant finds the received documents in the same client file without waiting for an update from the assistant.

The handoff remains a team step: someone downloads the documents and saves them in the working folder. Meo does not automatically sync them with your accounting software or TaxDome. This division lets you change collection without moving billing or rebuilding your production process.

Simple client access is available in both tools
In Meo, the client opens their link and enters a code, without creating an account. The same request can include documents, answers and an engagement letter to sign. The signed PDF then lands in their client folder.
TaxDome also offers client requests with reminders and optional sign-in. A client account alone therefore does not distinguish the tools. For your firm, the difference remains how collection fits your operations and what team access costs.

Meo hosts its database, files and backups in Montréal. TaxDome states that Canadian firms use Canadian AWS storage. If your requirement is specifically to keep documents in Quebec, Meo provides that location from the outset.
