“Where can I read your privacy policy? And who can answer my question?” With Meo’s public privacy page, your team can send one link: the client finds your policy, the person responsible and a form to submit a request.
The page carries your organization’s name and logo. It gives clients a place to return to without searching an old email for contact details or creating an account.
Three questions, one page
| Client question | What they find |
|---|---|
| Where can I read your policy? | Link to the policy |
| Who should I contact? | Privacy contact and email |
| How can I submit a request? | Form with no account needed |
When a client uses the form, your business receives and reviews the request. The person handling it can then reply and explain the next steps.
Publish details you have checked
Before activating the page, review your organization’s name and logo in Meo, the person who actually handles privacy matters and an email address your team monitors. Add a link to your current policy that visitors can open.
Choose the page address and activate it. Then open the link while signed out of Meo: the organization should be recognizable, the contact correct and the policy accessible.
If the privacy contact or their email address changes, update those details in Meo. The next visitors will see the updated contact details. Do the same when your policy link changes.
A short reply to reuse
Add the link to your activated page to this reply:
Hello, our privacy page brings together our policy, the details of our privacy contact and a form to send us a request, with no account needed: [your page link]. Our team will review your request and explain the next steps.
